Anti-Slavery Policy

Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

CMM Solutions is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all our business operations and supply chains. We recognise our responsibility to act ethically and with integrity, and to implement effective systems and controls to ensure that slavery and human trafficking do not take place within our organisation or among our business partners.

Our Business

CMM Solutions provides metrology equipment and services. We operate with a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and are dedicated to upholding the highest standards of professional conduct.

Our Policies

We have adopted a number of internal policies to support our commitment, including:

  • A Code of Conduct that sets out our expectations for ethical behaviour and compliance with all applicable laws
  • An Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy
  • A Whistleblowing Policy that enables employees and partners to raise concerns confidentially and without fear of retaliation

These policies are communicated to all employees and are available to relevant stakeholders.

Due Diligence and Risk Assessment

We take a risk-based approach to assessing and managing potential modern slavery risks. This includes:

  • Conducting due diligence on new suppliers and partners
  • Requiring suppliers to confirm their compliance with applicable labour and human rights laws
  • Reviewing supply chain practices where risk is identified

We reserve the right to terminate relationships with any party that fails to meet our standards or is found to be involved in modern slavery practices.

Training and Awareness

We provide guidance and training to employees to help them identify and report concerns related to modern slavery and human trafficking. We aim to ensure that all staff understand our policies and their responsibilities.

Reporting Concerns

Any employee, supplier, or stakeholder who has concerns about modern slavery or human trafficking related to CMM Solutions is encouraged to report them promptly via our whistleblowing channels or by contacting management directly.

Our Commitment

CMM Solutions remains committed to continuous improvement in our practices to combat modern slavery and human trafficking. We will review and update this statement annually to reflect changes in our business operations and regulatory requirements.
